  1. Looks yummy! All you have to do is toss the blueberries in a little flour (about a tablespoon or so depending on how many berries are added) making sure each piece is coated with the flour before adding them into the batter. No sinking! I have seen it done on the Food Network! That process can be used with any fruit, chocolate chips, nuts, etc. that you add to a cake/bread type of batter. Thanks for sharing the recipe.


  2. I think I tried that on another bread I made, but I think I was still tough rough with them. LOL I need to be gentle with the fruit! I’ll just have to keep trying and making this bread until i get it right! Tough job, but someone’s got to do it, right? Thanks Rae.
