Pumpkin Muffins & Chai

Pumpkin muffins and French Vanilla chai tea: Could this BE any fallier? I whipped up a batch of my favorite, and easiest muffins (recipe below). They pair perfectly with Twinings chai tea on this cloudy, rainy Sunday morning. #autumnflavor #pumpkin #muffins #fall #chai

2-Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins MAKES: 12 muffins

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (15.25 oz.) Box Dunkin Hines Spiced Cake Mix
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pure pumpkin

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease muffin cups or line with baking papers.

Simply mix the pumpkin and the spice cake mix powder together and drop one ice-cream scoop full into each muffin cup.

Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

TIP: Mix in 1/2 cup raisins or chopped nuts if desired.
