Travel

We’ve had some incredible trips over the years, mostly to the UK. We love the rich history there, the cozy inns, the stunning scenery, the music, and the amazing people we’ve met along the way. I’ve even started individual blogs to document our adventures. And there are tons of photos, some of which might be of interest to others, so I keep sharing them online. We’re going to Scotland again this spring!

Maine is a breathtaking state! You’ll find stunning coastlines, majestic mountains, and lakes.

Scotland is like a warm hug in a blanket. It’s got history, people, music, and scenery that’ll take your breath away.

From rolling hills to bustling, history-filled cities, we’ve had a blast exploring England a couple of times.

We believe our ancestors emigrated to the United States from Northern Ireland, arriving from Scotland several generations ago. This photo montage includes photos I took in Northern Ireland, where our ancestors may have walked the same streets. The song’s lyrics reflect the pain of family separation and the hopes for a brighter future across the sea.

Tearooms

I’ve been to a few tea rooms in other countries, but not as many as I’d like because my husband isn’t a big tea fan. But here are a few of my favorites and my experience from each one!
