The Autumnal Equinox arrived this week and I am SO ready for it. Cooler nights are very welcome after a hot and humid summer and the leaves on the trees are starting to show touches of red, orange, and gold.

I whipped up some chocolate chunk mini scones with a mix from King Arthur Baking and enjoyed a mug of Double Spice Chai Black Tea from Stash Tea. I activated my autumn mugs and this is one I picked up last year.

I love these little bit-size mini scones, made with the fabulous mini scone pan from King Arthur Baking as well. I purchased this pan many years ago and it looks and performs as it did on day one. Perfect!

My Little Lime dwarf hydrangeas are just starting to turn color as well. I love this muted shade of light burgundy. They will continue to get a little dark in the coming weeks.
