Biscotti & Tea
I have never made biscotti before, but this fantastic recipe from The Monday Box blog for Cinnamon Red Hot Biscotti Cookies peaked my interest to give it a shot. I already had cinnamon imperials in my pantry from some Christmas cookie recipes, so this was perfect. The dough was quite wet and heavy and tricky

Tea & Crates
While putting some things away for the summer, I ran across some vintage wooden crates in one of our sheds. After bushing them off, they make a terrific backdrop and base for my autumn decor. Along with some cookies, a cup of winter chai, a wee lighted lantern, and some pumpkins and gourds. ‘its the

Autumn Cozy
All the autumn feels were a buzz while enjoying a cup of Winter Chai from Tea Forté outside on a sunny afternoon. Two adorable mummy cookies from Starbucks and a piece of cinnamon coffee cake completed the cozy vibe. Mother Nature just showing off! During a brief respite between the gathering afternoon thundershowers, I gathered a wee bouquet in my

The additional moisture did nothing to decrease that mugginess, however. My husband and I have had a rough couple of months, and tea photos haven’t been a priority. Today, despite the overcast

“…with liberTEA and justice for all.”
Today I celebrate the red, white, and blue with low-key reverence and of course, TEA! And a little bit of pink thrown in.

Summer!
July arrived today with a glorious flurry! After a few very muggy and warm couple of days, the temperatures are cooler, there is a nice warm breeze, and flowers are starting to bloom everywhere. FINALLY! My vintage Burleigh Blue Calico teacup and and my standard white teapot heighten the colors amongst the green and blues
