It’s finally that time of year when the temperatures and the winds play nice in Maine and I can sit outside on the deck without freezing. Yay!

I whipped up a pot of Mrs. Grey Tea from local tea blender Tempest In A Teapot and some blueberry scones. With a simple white teapot and a lovely blue-flowered teacup, I was only missing some real flowers. Thankfully the forsythia bush was starting to bloom.

My Currier & Ives spring-themed tray pulled it all together as I enjoyed my annual review of my old Victoria, Tea Time, and Cottage Style magazines on the deck. I was also being closely watched by the kitties in the window.

Ah….let the outside fun begin!
