10 years ago this month, Dave and I enjoyed about 5 days exploring London, England and some of the surrounding areas. It was Dave’s second trip to London, but my first. Yes, we hit the usual tourist places, but I thoroughly enjoyed the epic history around every corner.
Today I enjoyed some of my favorite tea from the world famous Fortnum & Mason. An institution in London since 1707, their goods and wares continue to serve royalty and common-folk from across the pond, like me. Their Rose Pouchong black tea is a real favorite of mine now.

I felt it was fitting to enjoy the tea in my Central London landmark teacup and saucer from the House of Cally ceramics in London.

When we visited London, the spring flowers were blooming and streets and window boxes were filled with lovely displays. The book London In Bloom, reminds me of those days 10 years ago. It’s a beautiful book!
