Yes, summer has FINALLY returned to the Northeast. It took its sweet time and we’re still having some cold and rainy days, but the corner has been turned. That means more teas outside on the deck. My favorite way to pass the time at any time of day here in on the stream.

Rose Pouching tea from Fortnum & Mason added a nice floral scent and taste to this morning’s tea, brewed in an all-white teapot and strained into my Cornishware teacup.

I picked up a new tea cozy this spring from Devotea Teas and finally used it. Of course the blue and white color attracted me and I love the pretty floral pattern. It’s highly insulated on the inside and is JUST big enough to cover my medium-size teapots, of which I have many. And it DID! I give it two thumbs up!

My husband and I took a journey to Scotland for the first few weeks of June and I will be posting some unique spots I enjoyed tea while there. Stay tuned!
