When packing for trips, I start out with FAR too many articles of clothing and accessories. Then I spend days whittling them down, following the weather forecasts, and determining which shoes will work with what outfits.
Even after all of that, I STILL had to repack my bag to get everything to fit. It WILL all fit, but the bag is going to be bursting at the seams.
Which meant, try as he might, there just was not enough room to fit Archie in my bag. He kept an eye on things for me though.
I even had to take a quick scone and tea break while repacking. Because…you know, I’m not going to be getting tea and scones during the next five days. 😉
The weather is looking great and transportation arrangements have all been confirmed. I will miss Dave and my kitty cats but I will be with a lovely group of fellow tea lovers enjoying just that — TEA!
