Shortbread Day

I’d be remiss if I did not recognize National Shortbread Day today! Walkers is the best in my opinion. At least they were today with some Yorkshire tea in my beautiful new (used) Burleigh tea cup.

    I will definitely agree Walker’s shortbreads are the best, but our friend Neal Flint does turn a really nice home made short cookie. If I was any kind of friend I’d share some with you when he sends them to me for Christmas, but, well…
